Easy Peasy Pizza

I made little pizzas for dinner tonight. They weren't gourmet, and I'm definitely not the first person to make mini pizzas, but they were kind of delish!

They were super quick and easy. About 10 minutes of prep and 15 minutes in the oven.

My shopping list included:
•A sleeve of English muffins (I used sourdough)
•Small jar of pizza sauce
•Small bag of mozzarella cheese
•Small bag of cheddar cheese
•Turkey pepperoni
•Sliced olives
•A few spinach leaves
•About 4 tablespoons of butter (melted)

You can add any toppings you want, these are the ones we like (and anytime I can add spinach in and Kenley doesn't realize it is a win!)

1. Preheat the oven to 350* F.
2. Split open the English muffins on a cookie sheet.
3. Drizzle melted butter on the muffins.
4. Spoon sauce onto muffins.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese on muffins.
6. Add pepperoni, olives and spinach.
7. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 350* F.

Finished product.

These little pizzas were a hit with Kenley and mama and daddy!
She still picked off the turkey pepperoni, but at least she kept the spinach!

I hope your family enjoys these pizzas as much as we did!

Fall is Here!

Bryan said it today. He said, "Fall is here!" as we left Greenbluff.

We picked out three bright and perfect orange pumpkins this morning. Standing in line in the cute, little Walter's Fruit Ranch store waiting to check out we grabbed some apple butter, pumpkin donuts and apple cider as well.

That place was packed! I'm sure thousands of eastern Washington families will visit Greenbluff this fall. It really is a cool place--they had pony rides, a petting zoo, a maze, apple orchard, pumpkins, tractor rides and more...and that was just one farm!

It was nice to get into the spirit of things, and as I'm cooking some white chicken chili in my crock pot, I can check a few things off of our fall "to-do" list!

I hope everyone gets a chance to get out to enjoy some fall events too!
